Toni Comín, Junts candidate for the European elections, has confirmed his plans to return to Spain. This decision will take place between June 25 and August 25, scheduled to take place during the period of ‘investitures’ in the Parliament. Comín will not be alone in his return, but will be accompanied by Carles Puigdemont, the former president of the Generalitat and Junts+ candidate, and Lluís Puig, former minister.
Comín has specified that, to be cautious, his return cannot occur before June 25, nor after August 25. This time parameter has been considered as the ideal framework for his return before mentioned in an interview with Rac1.
During the interview, Comín shared his joy at the final approval of the Amnesty Law, calling it one of the happiest days of his life.
The Junts candidate assured that if the judges do not lift the existing precautionary measures against him, which include a prison order, they would be ‘prevaricating’. Comín made these statements with confident assurance during the interview.
